A: 2-3 minutes by car to Ulladulla Shopping Prescient with many shops including Southern Man Surf Shop, RipCurl Surf Shop, Harris Scarf, Rivers, Harvey World Travel, Telstra Shop, Bakery PLUS Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and Arcadia Twin Cinemas, KFC, Mc Donnalds, Restaurants and many more.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellation made after 3pm two days prior to arrival will incur one nights accommodation being charged to the guests credit card.
Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.

The following terms and conditions will be enforced by the property managers:
In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odour, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $250 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge will cover the cost of steam cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding.
ZERO TOLERANCE PARTY POLICY
In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 10pm and 7am. No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy.
With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, all pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction and a $200 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings effected. Pets in vehicles may only be permitted by prior specific arrangement.
Show dogs will only be permitted by prior specific arrangement. A maximum of TWO dogs will be permitted for any one booking. Guests with more than two dogs (other than those in a purpose built dog trailer) will not be permitted to park on the motel grounds. Barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in guests and their dogs being evicted from the motel, with no refund of monies.
Complimentary guest BBQ (under refurbishment) is provided for guests wishing to cook a meal. Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle, microwave and toaster provided. A complimentary guest BBQ is provided for guests wishing to cook a meal. Fees for additional cleaning may apply should guests cook inside a guest room.
Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
At the time of making a reservation, all guests will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation. In some instances, guests may be asked for a deposit which must be received by the motel not less than one week prior to the day of expected arrival. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellation made after 2pm two days prior to arrival will incur one nights accommodation being charged to the guests credit card, or in the case of deposits received, the deposit monies will be nonrefundable. Cancellations on or after 2pm on the day of arrival will result in the full amount of the booking being charged to the guest credit card, or deposits received being nonrefundable. Longer cancellation periods apply for peak periods and these policies will be communicated to each individual guest at the time the reservation is made and/or confirmed. Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed.
Management is entitled to exercise discretion and either revoke a booking or resell a room in the following instances:
- If a guest arrives to checkin in an intoxicated or disruptive state
- Has not confirmed the booking or forwarded deposit monies by the required date
- Fails to arrive within a reasonable time of the advised ETA. The onus is on the guest to advise of any delays for arrival time.
Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests.
